The Management of Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), via a public notice dated 21st December, has added additional Component On The Company Registration Portal (CRP) For Surrender, Allotment, Transfer And Transmission Of Shares.
The notice reads;
The Commission wishes to notify its esteemed Customers and the General Public that additional component has been deployed on the Company Registration Portal (CRP) for the filing of the following notices –
- Surrender of Shares to Company as a Gift
- Allotment of Shares
- Transfer of Shares
- Transmission of Shares
The above is in addition to Alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association of a Company and Amendment of Constitution of Incorporated Trustees which components had since been deployed and active on the CRP.
