The Catholic Richop of Okigwe Diocese Most Rev. Dr Solomon Amatu, has condemned the attack on workers of Craneburg Construction Company working on Owerri-Unuahia and Owerri-Okigwe roads.
The Bishop in his sermon at the Golden Jubilee anniversary of Poof. Maunce and his wife, Lady Kate held at St. Thomas More Catholic Church Owerri, urged the perpetrators of the violence to desist from their Murderous activities, and said he does not know why some people don’t went progress in the state.
He further said, “many people who are keen on coming home for Christmas, may be afraid of being killed or kidnapped because of activities of the wicked in our society.
