The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), on Thursday-today, returned the money to the beggar.
FCTA had arrested and detained Hadiza on Wednesday, for being in possession of the money. Money she claimed, she had wanted to put to use in organizing her daughter’s wedding.
