NMA Games; Doctors Lawyers Thread Tackles

As part of the activities of 6th edition of Doctors Game, National Medical Association (NMA) National Team, will thread tackles with NBA Abuja Unity FC today at FIFA Goal Project pitch, Moshood Abiola National Stadium Abuja.
According to Dr. Job Amodu, NMA Abuja Chairman, Doctors Game which will last from 7-13 February, is a week long event to enable Doctors practice what they prescribe to their patients, “exercise regularly.” With this they have chosen to drop stethoscopes, lab coats and prescription pads to exercise and reduce stress. He also assured residents of Abuja not to panic, as there doctors exempted from this game, who will be on call to attend to whatever health challenges they have. The doctors game, is not a call or excuse for any doctor to abandon his or her primary divine responsibility to his patients.
On his part, the NBA Abuja Sports Committee Chairman, Afam Okeke, Esq. via SMS to members, appealed to them to turn up to support Unity FC. He said their support, will cheer the team into nationalizing the defeat against NMA. Last year, Unity FCT, defeated NMA Abuja, 4-1, in a friendly match played at FIFA Goal Project Pitch, same venue for today’s match.
