Information reaching our desk, nipped from a soldier at Mammy market, after some friendly exchanges of green bottles, has it that officers of the Nigerian Army, Navy and Airforce, will on Monday 7th February, 2022, engage in a routine endurance trek.
The ritual trek to keep the rank and file in shape and combat ready to defend Nigeria, will start from Mugadishu barracks through Kubwa Express. The soldiers are expected to start trekking from 5:00 am
Residents of Kubwa are urged not to panic at this site. They should obey traffic wardens deployed by the Military Police (MP) and Road Safety Corps.
If you have early morning appointment, kindly leave early to avoid the likely gridlock, that will result due to this exercise.
