The President assured members that the NBA will swiftly investigate the matter. If it is confirmed that such an outrageous order was indeed issued, the NBA will take decisive action, including a possible boycott of proceedings at the affected court.
The alleged actions of both the Magistrate and the Police Lawyer who moved the motion have sparked outrage, as they constitute a grave assault on the legal profession and the fundamental rights of lawyers to represent their clients without fear.
