Yes, just like other parts of Nigeria, the North has portions of their roads that are as bad as any you can imagine of in any part of Nigeria.TRUTH IS, the Rich of the North, like the Rich of the South, are united in keeping the Poor of the South and the Poor of the North poorer.
When the Rich come to Abuja, they share the national cake, using the population of the Poor in their zone as bargaining chip, to get large chunk of the cake.
Most of these chunks, do not get to their Zones but converted to foreign currencies and ferried abroad. They go to their Poor and them that the Southern or Northern politician, is their problem. If it doesn’t work, they throw in religion and tribalism.
The problem of Nigeria, is that the Poor are yet to understand and struggle to death, to remove the chains on their necks and get the Rich, particularly the politicians they send to Abuja, to give account of what they receive in Abuja, meant for the development of their zones!
