Behind the phenomenon of birth and death is the Almighty God and his powerful will. When, where, to whom and how it occurs depends on variables and only God knows!
Death has no physical or spiritual form, and is the final appointment of every man and since it was destined for every mortal to die, Eze Agala as he is wildly called, could not resist this untimely appointment with the creator.
BIRTH AND PARENTAGE.
Born on the 15 of September, 1975 to the family of late Mr. Philemon Ejikeme Agala and late Mrs. Elizabeth Wochinda Agala (Nee Edom) of Mgberekea compound, Ibaa, Uvuahu in Emohua local government area of Rivers state.
EDUCATION:
Attended State School later renamed to Community Primary School 1 Olanada – 1980 – 1986;
Stella Maris College 1986 – 1992;
Rivers state University of science and Technology – 1994;
Obtained his LL.B – 1999;
Called to the Nigerian Bar July – 2003 (BL)
NYSC Taraba State Ministry of Justice posted to the Attorney General’s office – 2004.
WORK EXPERIENCE/CAREER:
Started his law practice with MANUCHIM CHAMBERS, the law firm of OCJ OKOCHA, S.A.N.
Proceeded to Sterling Law Alliance and teamed up with Francis Elechi Esq.
Later opened his own law office THE TRINITY PARTNERS where he worked until death called.
CHRISTIAN LIFE:
He started his Christian foundation with Greater Evangelism world crusade. Because of his love and commitment in the things of God, his late parents had to tell all his siblings to follow him. While in the university he was an active member of the Student Christian Movement (SCM) where he was involved in rugged rural evangelism.
Because of his Zeal and commitment in the things of God he was loved by his fellow student brethren and they nicknamed him Agiabo – (Agala boy). After he graduated from the University, he left Greater Evangelism and became a devoted member of Adonai Assembly, where he also served God with great zeal as his manner was. Later in his life he joined Just Jesus Assembly and was a devoted member of the church until his untimely demise on Monday the 5th of February 2024.
MARITAL LIFE:
Late Barr, Victor K. Agala approached the institution of marriage with utmost amount of sacredness and got married to his young beautiful Angel and colleague MISS GLORIA EL DAVID IDJOGBE on the 21st of August, 2010 at the foundation Faith Church Rumomasi Port Harcourt. The marriage is blessed with three lovely children.
SOCIAL LIFE: 
Late Barr. Victor Agala was well known as Eze Agala by his people and friends. He was a simple but highly disciplined man. Eze Agala likes telling stories, cracking jokes. There was indeed no dull moment with him around. He was well integrated in the community life and used his talent, education, resources and organizational skills to the benefit of mankind.
No amount of words will be enough to qualify how friendly he was to people around him. He was an amiable personality. He was a man of wisdom, he valued honesty all the time no matter the situation. He stood for the truth and never discriminated, he was a defender of the oppressed and defenseless.

TRANSITION:
The only thing certain to mankind is death. Eze Agala was full of life on that faithful day 5″ of February, 2024 and proceeded to conduct his case in court, even joked in his usual way and wished all around him a happy VAL Day in advance only to be pronounced dead a few A God fearing and very peaceful man, late Eze Agala had to yield to a higher call to be with his creator. We are consoled that the journey to resurrection does not stop or work cannot end in the grave. The excruciating temporary pain of separatio external joy of meeting again is our hope.
