To Show that The Trump Up Charges against me are Politically motivated ,Orobosa Omo Ojo Doing Business in the Name and Style of Midwest Herald , already has a Counter Part Copy of the Charge which is only in the Court’s file and the DPP’s File .This is like an original copy that can only be in 3 placed. The Court’s file ,the Dpp’s file and with the Defendant.
The Charge was given to him by the Edo State Government even as the Charge has not been served on me.The Charge Published by Orobosa Omo-Ojo in his Midwest Herald , has the original signature of Mrs A. OMONUWA OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE ,A DAY AFTER THE FILING OF SAME ,EVEN WHEN THE DEFENDANT HAS NOT SEEN THE CHARGE .THIS IS FIRST OF ITS KIND IN NIGERIA.
My Harassment and Intimidation by Edo State Government has taken a new twist by the filing of Suit No B/CD/60c/2024.The Charge was signed by Mrs A. Omonuwa of the Ministry of Justice .The same day Mrs Omonuwa filed the Charge even before the Court fixed a date for the matter , the Edo State Government had given the Charge to their Media Agent and former Commissioner of Transport in Edo State , Orobosa Omo-Ojo, which he published in his Midwest Herald .The Edo State Director of Public Prosecutions , other Officials of the Ministry of Justice , officials of the Edo State Government and their Media Agents were seen distributing the Comtemptuous Materials all across all Social Media Platforms .The Director of Public Prosecution himself made Comments in a WhatssAp Group called the ” Security Situation Room “, which we both belong to , showing that , he and his Ministry has “convicted ” Me in their minds .The prejudicial Statements means the DPP and all his Officials are biased and there will not be fair trial with them prosecuting .I therefore call on the DPP to do the honourable thing , hand over the case file to the Police and the DPP and all his officials should all recuse themselves as they are tainted by interests that are wholly political.
Mr Omo -Ojo said Edo State Government has lined up 8 witnesses against me.The only person I know out of 8 is Sandra Palmer Agho (her name is not Martins ).I only know her in my official capacity as a Lawyer to my client -Kelvin Uyi Martins , the man she has a child for, whom she gave custody in an Affidavit of custody freely signed by her .I do not know the others in this case.
.SP Franklin Anioke, his boss ,the DC and the DPP, know where they brought the fake witnesses from. People I have never seen in my life, whether in or out of the Police Station suddenly are brought as witnesses against me. Edo State Government has set a new record in Prosecution in Nigeria.
Justice will prevail in this matter .
