He was a candidate for the the position of NBA National Assistant General Secretary in the 2022 NBA National elections were he polled over 5600 votes has declare his intention to consult to re-contest the same position during the next coming NBA National election later this year.
Seun Aka made the declaration after series of consultations with members and supporters who urged him to continue with his ambition. Seun Aka had earlier in December 2023 declared his intention at a consultative meeting in Akure Ondo state.
He urged his supporters to put him in prayers as he embark on this task of further and wider consultation through the nooks and crannies of NBA Branches.
He discloses that at the appropriate time he will do all that is required to contest and timely brief members and that when ban is lifted on campaigns, he will roll out his plans, manifesto and CV for consideration of members.
