After flexing last night and sumptuous cocktail sponsored by the AG and Commissioner of Justice, Cross River, the main meat, will be eaten this morning Saturday, 4th June 2022.
The activities will commence by 7:00am when EBF Elder’s Council will meet, deliberate on the Agenda, reports from the various committees. According to bush telegram, radio without battery, the main born to be chewed by this Elder’s Council, is the report by EBF Screening Committee, chaired by Okey Ohagba, Esq.
Candidates to be adopted or not, will know their fate as elders chew them.
Felix Chukwuma Ashimole, who had appealed his unjust, malicious disqualification by ECNBA, is the only EBF member vying for the office of Publicity Secretary and is believed he will get the blessing of the elders.(The ECNBA disqualified him from contesting the office of Assistant General Secretary, whereas he submitted duly nominated form to contest for Publicity Secretary. He had appealed this and is waiting for favorable decision from the NBA Election Appeals Committee.)
According to a statement by HON. Seth Nwokolo ,Esq., Publicity Secretary of EBF; 8:00am, will be Breakfast time at the Restaurant of Dannic Hotels, Ekorinim Calabar, Cross River State.
Quarterly meeting will be at the Main Hall, Dannic Hotels Ekorinim Calabar, Cross River State by 10:00am.
2:00pm: Launch @ The Main Hall, Dannic Hotels, Ekorinim Calabar, Cross River State.
